It offers scenic views of the green landscapes and a pond inside the campus premises. The house consists of bedrooms that are shared among 2, 3, or 4 clients. Bedrooms are warm and cozy, furnished with twin beds, side tables, and closets for residents. Rooms are beautifully decorated with wall hangings, bright colors, carpets, and contain a fireplace. Each room has an attached bathroom with separate sinks for each client and a shower. Residents are provided with luxurious amenities and facilities. There is a comfortable lounge where residents can relax on the sofas, socialize with each other, and watch TV. The campus offers a number of outdoor recreation and therapeutic activities for clients. These include yoga, meditation, equine therapy, walks in the lawns, and other leisure activities. The house has its own chefs and dieticians who prepare healthy and balanced meals for clients. These include fruits, vegetables, meats, proteins, and dairy. Special dietary restrictions of clients are also accommodated. Residents eat meals in the dining room three times a day. On Fridays, residents are allowed to order food from fast food restaurants.

The mission of Selah House is to address and deal with the underlying issues of eating disorders so as to help clients achieve lasting freedom and long-term recovery. Selah House was established in 2006 as a small center which has now evolved and expanded into a treatment center that provides a wide range of services to women and teen girls. The house offers a Christian-based program in a loving, caring, and trusting environment. Clients are provided with individualized treatment in an atmosphere where they do not feel any shame or guilt. The house offers treatment programs for eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia, ARFID, OSFED, and other co-occurring disorders. The treatment programs include inpatient, outpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization programs. In all treatment programs, clients are offered a number of evidence-based therapies such as spiritual therapy, art therapy, equine therapy, yoga therapy, and others. All therapies and treatment modalities are provided in a home-like setting where clients are served with clinically excellent care keeping in considerations the teachings of Jesus Christ. The Aftercare program provides support to clients to maintain the recovery they achieved during treatment at Selah House and prevent relapse.
