This is not a 9-5 job even for clinicians. It is very stressful and you are on call 24/7. The expectations are very high and often unrealistic for and from leadership.

Hard to balance work and self care
I've worked in a couple of different positions at YV and I've found it incredibly taxing on my mental health. The jobs were unpredictable with strange hours, which made maintaining a good work/life balance very difficult.
can be flexable, but mostly restrictive in modialities
The day-to-day work environment is good. The upper management, where I work, is petty and fake, all my supervisor cares about is how it looks to the director and other leadership roles. There is a disconnect between what clinical recommends and what management is willing to implement.
