Im having the same problem right now with my baby mississippi map but no one has replied and my turtle is too small for a shot, but if his eyes open more and he swims more its working, id reccomend using some water treatment like im using and keeping him in outside the tank in fairly warm water with the UV and Heat on it since often times the tank water is too cold, also try soaking in warm salt water for 15 minutes or so to remove bacteria or fungus that may be on him (Not too salty) LMK if you have anything to help me.

I would keep his water consistently at the recommended temps. Do not switch him to cooler water. This is very hard for him. And he needs all the energy he has to fight the infection. I'm not sure the Turtle Fix is helping with RI. Might not want to use it.
