Does insurance cover my treatment at Resilience?

At Resilience Treatment Center we make it our priority to ensure that your therapeutic needs are met. As such, the Utilization Review department works tirelessly to obtain prior authorization for coverage from client’s insurers.

How long can I expect to stay at Resilience?

Treatment length varies considerably by diagnosis, symptoms, insurance and level of care. At Resilience, we typically aim for clients to program at our Residential program for 30 days, Partial Hospitalization (PHP) for 4-6 weeks and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) for 6-8 weeks.

How much does treatment cost?

At Resilience, it is our priority to lower client’s barriers to accessing quality mental health care. Over the past year, Resilience has joined the networks of Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield & Health Net (MHN) –allowing clients to utilize their in-network benefits for care.

How will I know which Resilience program is right for me?

Resilience offers three levels of care based on acuity and symptomology. The Resilience Residential program is designed for a greater degree of containment and an environment well-regulated to reduce stressors. The Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient programs consist of day treatment of 6 and 3 hours respectively.

What can I expect after graduating from Resilience?

Resilience is at its core a skills-oriented program. The value we provide to our clients should reach its full potential after a client returns to their communities and lives and is better able to cope with stressors and emotional regulation. Resilience also recognizes that mental health can be a lifetime-long struggle.

What is resilience treatment?

A resilience treatment center is a mental health facility where you can be treated for substance use disorders and a wide variety of mental health conditions. It is typically a free-standing facility you go to either as an outpatient or an inpatient to deal with these conditions.

What is resilience counseling?

Resilience counseling includes many different types of therapy. Which types you receive depends on your specific condition, life situations, and social functioning. The main goal of resilience counseling, no matter what methods your counselor uses, is to help you develop those resilience abilities.

If you haven't been on your own very long or haven't had to take care of yourself before, you can benefit from the life skills training offered at a resilience treatment center . Holistic Approach. Resilience treatment centers treat the whole person. Rather than a laser-focus on the mental health condition, the physical, spiritual, and mental health are all considered. When done successfully, this holistic approach avoids making you feel like a mental illness.

What happens if you relapse?

No matter how hard you try to keep from using, you need to be prepared for what might happen if you slip back into addictive behavior. You need to be resilient enough to get past your mistake and get back to recovery as quickly as possible.

What do counselors do?

Because entering a new program can be stressful, counselors often begin by teaching you relaxation techniques. You may do deep breathing, guided meditations, guided imagery, yoga, or systematic muscle relaxation.

What is medication management?

Medication Management. Medications are often a part of treatment at a resilience center. After the assessment, your psychiatrist can help you determine if medication would help your condition. They might start a new medication regimen or adjust current medications you're taking.

Compared to any other place I have ever worked, this place is by far where I am happiest

Been here for a while and AL OT has changed in the past year. Current Review: genuinely care to provide effective mental health to their patients, genuinely care to take care of the employee's that work hard and care for the patients.

The positive reviews here are completely misleading

You do gain valuable clinical knowledge due to the diverse population.

executive leadership sucks and is terrible. the benefits and pros don't outweigh how terribly this place is run.

Because the staff is kind, compassionate, and smart, the clients truly blossom. The office is gorgeous and you can wear jeans! I wish I could clone myself so I could stay.
