What is evolution RTC?

At Evolve RTC, our highly qualified program director, licensed therapists, and Master’s-level counselors are all committed to your child’s recovery. Our board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist meets with clients weekly and is an active member of each client’s treatment team. Evolve’s full-time therapists only carry a caseload of 3 clients at any given time and conduct daily check-ins and skills coaching. Residential counselors provide in-the-moment, face-to-face coaching as well. Our safety standards are among the strictest in the country: We utilize strict line-of-sight policies, state-of-the-art monitoring technology, and 1:1 observation (when warranted) to ensure our clients’ safety 24/7. Our staff:client ratio is 1:3staff:client ratio is 1:3---one of the highest ratios in adolescent RTCs. We only serve six clients at any given time. Our individual attention and customized interventions promote the wellbeing and recovery of our clients.

What is evolve treatment?

Evolve Treatment Centers support adolescents ages 12-17, and specialize in the treatment of teens with emotion dysregulation, high-risk/self-harm behaviors, suicidal ideation or other high-acuity mental health, substance abuse, or behavioral issues. At the residential level of care, teens live on-site for an average of 30-60 days and receive round-the-clock support and treatment. Our home features comfortable accommodations, a fully equipped gym, swimming pool and an onsite chef. We incorporate multiple evidenced-based practices including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). Teens participate in individual/family therapy at least 5 times a week, regular psychiatry sessions, and daily groups such as DBT Skills Training, Seeking Safety, Relapse Prevention, Life Skills, experiential therapies (equine, art, drama, fitness, cooking, and yoga) and more. We also provide daily academic support to help your child stay on track with schooling. Each teen receives an individualized recovery plan that is designed to meet their therapeutic needs, encourage personal growth and lay the foundation for sustainable, lifelong recovery.
