Non stress atmosphere and work along side good people

The best thing about this company is the hours 6-2:30. Call ins and taking off are not crucial to your employment, very flexible. Departments have Supervisor titles with little Supervisor actions, like personal issues.

Pros

Good insurance, time off is easy, clean, good fellow workers. Overtime available

Always provided what ever was needed to get job done

Excellent company to work for.The only reason that I don't work there any longer is because of my own STUPIDITY!! I've read some of the other reviews and think it's a lot of BS! It's been my experience that if you do what you're supposed to do that they will take care of you.

lunch for employees

very fast paced job.drop and hook all day long.back and forwards to the state docks.Very easy job once you get the hang of it . Insurance will definitely cut into your weekly take home pay

Law Breakers

This company requires you on a daily basis to break federal laws. Hauling overweight, off the books, and then if you refuse they fire you on the spot for bad attitude.

It has potential

Everwood has the potential to be an amazing place to work. The people that work there are great, but the owners don't compensate the workers. I never received a raise in my time there and no one has received a raise in a very long time. The company has seen constant growth, with only the owners making more money.
