Ryan Steinberg, LMHC, MBA is the Executive Director at Banyan Treatment Centers. He has worked extensively with client populations at the Detox, Residential, PHP, and IOP levels of care treating patients diagnosed with Substance Use Disorders along with Mental Health Disorders. In 2018, Ryan attained his Healthcare MBA at Florida International University, where he became a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Ryan lends both his clinical training, along with his business mastery to be able to effectively lead a growing behavioral healthcare agency. He adopts a patient-centered approach and implements an evidence-based approach throughout his practice. Ryan is also an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and he has received advanced clinical training in sexuality/gender related issues.

It was at the age of 13 that Nicole first discovered her passion; to help those who struggle with mental health and addiction. Her desire intensified as she grew older, witnessing firsthand the struggles of addiction in her close family members. Nicole is an important asset to the Banyan team.

Born and raised in North Branch, Michigan, Joe Tuttle moved to Florida in 2004 to escape the harsh winters. He studied Business at Eastern University and over the years, has owned and operated many successful companies.

Who is Catherine Manley?

Catherine Manley, LMHC is the Vice President of Operations at Banyan Treatment Centers. Catherine earned her Master’s degree at Nova Southeastern University in Mental Health Counseling. Catherine has led staff in multiple roles as Primary Therapist, Detox Supervisor, Clinical Director and Executive Director. In addition to her experience in human services, Catherine received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Florida International University in 2003. She has a background in marketing, advertising and project management. Catherine champions the organizational culture by driving professional development and teamwork across multidisciplinary departments. Catherine brings a great balance of education, compassion, and business acumen to the Banyan family.

What is Vanessa's degree?

Vanessa has been passionate about working with individuals who struggle with substance use disorders since her undergraduate days at the University of Missouri where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in psychology . There she did specialized education, training, and research in addiction and addictive behaviors. Vanessa went on to earn her Master’s degree in community counseling at DePaul University with an emphasis in addiction treatment. During her graduate career, Vanessa gained experience working with the substance use disorder and eating disorder populations. Vanessa has also recently obtained her Certified Clinical Trauma Professional certification.

Where is Eric Oakes?

He got his start working with children and adolescents in schools and therapeutic communities in New England, and has been drawn toward those battling addiction ever since. Along the way, Eric has worked throughout the Eastern United States.

Working at the Banyan Delaware facility is like being a character in the movie "Mean Girls"
