Very rewarding work
The staff and clients were great to work with. There was a family type atmosphere to work in and the owner and counselors were very caring in meeting the challenges of their clients.
Great
The staff and management were wonderful and supportive. The emphasis was on assisting clients. The staff are treated as professionals and given latitude to complete their jobs.
friendly friendly
Every family friendly, open to changes and feedback, laid back, family environment. The management has changed since I was employed with them and the owner was in the process of selling the business so I am unsure what the culture has become.
Learned everything I knew..
The skills and knowledge I obtained while working at Crossroads was irreplaceable. I love the staff and the environment. Crossroads truly cares about their clients and goes the extra mile to make sure that every client is met where they are at, and treated accordingly.
