It was a great learning experience working in a residential treatment facility

It was an extremely challenging work environment (working 4 days on & then 4 days off). I learned how to work with children with severe emotional and behavioral issues. It was a life changing experience.

Great learning experience and a chance to help

The direct care staff job is not for everyone. It takes a certain kind of person to work 4 days on and 4 days off living in a residential home using a "parenting" model with seriously mentally ill children and adolescents. Horrible Management

I was a returning employee, needing to leave work 15 minutes early, and manager would not compromise with me at all. But then hired an employee after me, and worked with her schedule allowing her to leave early.

Very laid back company

Loved working here. The employees are so nice, everyone is down to earth and easy to get along with. The schedule was flexable, if I needed to take a day off it was never a problem.
