I suppose the product is good. My hair is just extremely dry and I used Infusium YEARS ago and it really helped keep my hair healthy. I just can't seem to find the same formula that worked for me all those years ago, or maybe the formula changed, or how my hair responds to it. Whatever the reason, it's disappointing.
