Nursesdon't wear gloves some don't even wear masks including staff and therapists too. There is no mask requirement for patients either. We were told they had no reported cases but after speaking with a therapist I was informed while no patients had been diagnosed with covid YET multiple staff had been.

Is Timberline Knolls safe?

Timberline knolls was a very unsafe place to be while trying to recover. Staff would give shots to people for no reason. The patients there would hurt each other and also run away from the property while staff are worried more about me who was on a one to one for no reason. They sent me in an ambulance for no reason.
