A Salt/Nutrient Management Plan has been prepared for the Los Osos Groundwater Basin. This fiscal year, for the first time, those using the new Los Osos wastewater system will see the costs included on their annual property tax bills, which were recently mailed. One charge on the tax bills will repay the bonds issued for the construction costs.
