The is a great video here on this site about using hydrogen peroxide in your live well. I've done it in a tourney and didn't loose any fish. Fish were very lively at weigh in.

I beleive there was another thread on here that dicussed H2O2 regarding Hannon's promotion of it and a counter study that said H2O2 was almost always lethal to bass in the ratio Hannon suggested.

To help the fish especially in hot weather, obtain some Armaflex sheet insulation 1/2" and glue it to the underside of your livewell lid/s.

An Easy Livewell Trick for Better Fish Care

A few years ago, I inadvertently left a water bottle in my livewell. It was left over from a prior trip—I freeze water bottles to cool my livewell water in warm-weather tournaments—but I left the old bottle in there and added a limit of fish throughout the day.

Try it: Put sponges in your livewell

This little tip has a few advantages: The fish will use ‘em as cover which settles the fish throughout the day and you can also freeze and/or pre-treat your sponges with fish care additives such as T-H Marine G-Juice.
