Interview and Assessment

Upon arriving at the rehab center, there will be staff members to greet you and brief you about the initial interview process that lets them understand your background. This is an essential process done before checking in as it allows the center to assess and customize specific rehab programs that can meet your individual needs.

Duration of Rehab

Throughout the entire treatment program, we will assign a main counselor to you. Your counselor will help you in identifying your goals and providing necessary guidance. The duration and pace of your treatment will depend on your current situation and clinical achievements.

New and Improved Normal

It will be your new normal to feel uncomfortable as soon as treatment begins. As you become educated about the symptoms and impact of addiction, the majority of those uncomfortable feelings will gradually fade away. You need to focus on feeling the authenticity of your state of mind, transforming negative thoughts, and practicing stress reduction.

Our Environments

The right environment is key for self-care and successful treatment. With locations handpicked along the East and West coasts, our residential and outpatient treatment centers are in close proximity to major cities and within one hour of international airports, yet secluded in nature to ensure privacy and tranquility.

Food as Medicine

What we eat impacts our minds and our mental health—not just our bodies. From eating the food we grow to enjoying family-style dinners, our nutritional therapy program is a farm-to-table experience that nourishes the body and spirit and is essential to the daily schedule.

Experiential Therapies

Equine-assisted therapy may seem odd at first glance, but it acts as a real and powerful modality in our toolkit for self-discovery. The horse-human connection provides comfort in a similar way that a therapy dog does, but offers new perspectives and builds trust, as horses respond with direct nonverbal feedback.
