In relation to the use of ORP with ozonation one need to consider that dissolved ozone destroys an ORP sensor. Ozone creates an oxide layer on the titan surface which causes the sensor output to change drastically. Therefore the ozone sensor has to be placed in the water treatment system so contact with water containing is avoided.
