What happens?
I visited George Northwood's uber-trendy salon in central London to have a Re-Charge Therapy Treatment, and as with everything, I was dubious. I knew the treatment wasn't going to give me my dream, straight hair, but instead it would hopefully work with my natural texture to reduce frizz.
After care
Then comes the hardest part... not being able to get your hair wet or tie it up for three days. And, if I'm being honest, I wanted nothing more than to wash my hair as soon as I stepped out of the salon. I don't think it looked anything other than super-sleek and glossy, but it didn't feel very nice.
The final result
Since the treatment my hair has hardly any frizz at all – it's way smoother and more glossy after blow-drying, but because I am ridiculous, I do still straighten it but it definitely requires less attention. Plus, I can wear it down more often too because it'll actually stay that way and there's no annoying bits that curl under or flick out. Magic!
