Not what it seems! At first you will think it's a "family work" environment. Joke! Team? Where? I guess for certain cliques. Worst work environment to be in, even though some co-workers were nice to work with while others could not be TRUSTED. A lot of backbiting individuals work there. Pay was low and horrible.

MedMark has no growth opportunities for employees. A counselor can have over 100 clients & they expect u to counsel all of them. No bonuses, regardless how hard a person worked. Medmark has flooded Baltimore City with giving impoverished drug addicted mostly minority individuals take home methadone bottles, since the start of Covid 19.

Company is disinterested in providing its employees or patients with appropriate respect, value or care. Upper management is unprofessional, and dismissive.
