I've trying to play back a 1080 video file, h264, 10-bit audio, 23.976FPS. I'm trying this on my toshiba amazon fire tv and it's choppy. When I play back in VLC player I have much less if any chop. Looking in the player process info I see that the CPUs are all in the 80-99% range with a cache level of 100%.
