Females, elderly patients, patients with diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, malnutrition, alcoholism, or hepatic dysfunction may also be at increased risk for QT prolongation. At excessive use or dosages, beta-agonists may produce a transient hypokalemia, which might produce adverse effects in susceptible individuals with cardiac disease, particularly those patients on non-potassium sparing diuretics.

Overdose
Overdose manifestations of ipratropium bromide are unlikely due to low systemic absorption after inhalation or oral administration. As a result of this, all manifestations of overdose are associated with the systemic effect of albuterol.
