PREPARATION
Consider that not every client wants pin straight hair. u0003Adjust your formula according to the client’s wish when measuring and mixing. Shampoo with Kerasilk Control Purifying Shampoo, then blow dry with fingers or Kerasilk Paddle Brush to approx. 80 % dry.
APPLICATION
Cross section the hair. Starting at the nape apply the Kerasilk Keratin formula section-by-section (root to tip) using the Kerasilk Brush and Bowl Process for 15 minutes, then blow-dry (fine to normal hair = Kerasilk Paddle Brush; coarse hair = Kerasilk Round Brush) Cross section again.
POST-CARE & STYLING
Shampoo with the respective Kerasilk Control Shampoo and apply the Kerasilk Control Finishing Cream Serum to seal the achieved end result. For a perfect finish blow-dry using Kerasilk Control Smoothing Fluid or Kerasilk Control Rich Protective Oil.
MAINTENANCE
By recommending the Kerasilk home care products to your client you prolong the smoothening effect and make your client’s daily styling routine a great experience until her next salon visit.

The Good
It really did eliminate EVERY bit of frizz. It was extremely effective, and lasted a long time — I still have no frizz after 7 months.
The Bad
It loosened my curl pattern from a Type 3b to a Type 2b. This will vary depending on the strength of the treatment you choose, and of course it depends on your hair goals. If that is what you are looking for you may see this as a positive. But for me I considered this a big negative.
The Ugly
Success depends on your stylist: The stylist must follow the guidelines and directions for application correctly. I liked this treatment the first time I got it, but the second time I received this treatment the stylist was not adequately prepared.
