Cats

It's a good place to learn and grow. The place is a little crazy right now due to covid and long time ceo retired. Everything feels up in the air and chaotic. Will most likley calm down.

Not too bad, but not good

Chaos. Management never has a plan. If questioned about a plan, management dismisses and gaslights employees. Total lack of recognition for going above and beyond.

Just what you're looking for

A great agency to work for and grow in an atmosphere that is relaxed, yet intense. This non profit facility helps to save and rebuild lives. With that being the primary how can you go wrong.

Continued Growth

The best part of my job as a Peer Supporter is the greatly percieved empathy and respect that I have the individuals that I support. Peer supporting has also had continued benefits for me, as it has increased my self-esteem, confidence and positive feelings.

Counselor

The best part of the job is helping the people deal with their addiction and assist them with making health life choices that benefit themselves and the community.

What we do..

This is an agency with a purpose and a plan. If you want to learn about addiction, human behavior and applying clinical interventions this is the place to be.

Rewarding and fulfilling place to work

The workforce at CATS consistently gives 100%. There are challenges due to limited resources, as we are a non-profit that has been hard hit due to COVID. Although a time of struggle for all, people at CATS have shown resiliency, compassion and innovation in all of its programs (for staff and clients) in response to these challenging times.

Federal program counselor

Federal program at CATS is a wonderful program to be a part of. Staff on our team are all helpful and respectful. I am constantly learning new things about the field and people in general.

Genuine and honest workplace'

The place with genuine and honest people. Reasonable and realistic. Overall easy going and laid back. At the same time people doing their work as best as they could."

Mr. Apple

I show up every day ready to put in 150%, I learn all the time, mostly that to be effective in this field, you need to be aware of self-care all the time.

Horrible

Staff treats clients and coworkers like garbage. There is so much gossipping and bullying I couldn't concentrate on my work. There are cliques and if you don't belong, you are treated like scum. Do not work here if you have any self respect.

Friendly, great professional, passionate, and supportive staff

I have worked at Community Assessment Treatment Services for approximately 5 years. The staff there are very nice and support each other. Sure, any where you work there will be issues... but, I found at CATS to be more supportive as a team then the alternative.
