Serious withdrawals

I'm prescribed 3,600mg a day, and this last month I took just way too much. I got a couple hundred 300mg from a friend and took those all within about 2 weeks. Ran out of my script and the extras on Sunday. The withdrawals started that night around midnight. I was sweating and cold, slight nausea, and severe anxiety and rls.
