She did this treatment for free because she was told it would work on my 4a hair. She only used 2 ounces on my hair and in the end I had hair that was only softer, not less curl. Not by a long shot. I did an overnight DC a few days after my treatment and that was the end of that. It washed right out. no shine. no softness.

Keratin didn’t work - frizzy!! I got a Keratin treatment on Thursday. I didn’t wash my hair or put it in a pony or anything until today (Sunday). At first it was straight and not frizzy but after washing it (with keratin shampoo!) and lightly blow drying it (just so that it wasn’t soaking) and now my hair looks basically the same.

On going back to the salon the stylist informed me that as my hair was curly and coarse the treatment did not “take”. She offered to do another treatment for free.
