Our Recovery Program Team
The Ochsner Recovery Program Treatment Team is composed of a group of highly trained specialists representing a broad spectrum of disciplines. Our close teamwork provides you with comprehensive patient evaluation and treatment recommendations, as well as high quality patient care.
Intensive Outpatient Program
Patients entering the Ochsner Recovery Program receive an extensive medical, psychological, and psychosocial assessment. Medically supervised ambulatory detoxification is provided whenever necessary.
Family Treatment
Family members are as affected by the disease of addiction as the patient and need treatment in a parallel fashion.
Aftercare Services
After completing the initial intensive phase of the program, patients are encouraged to attend a minimum of one year of aftercare activities consisting of weekly aftercare group, individual therapy as needed, psychiatric care as needed, random urine screens and attendance at 12 step meetings in their community.
