For complaints received in writing
If we receive your complaint via the form or email, we will notify you that we have received your complaint. The complaint will then be assigned to the applicable compliance specialist who will follow up with you and the program to resolve the complaint.
For complaints received by phone
If we receive your complaint by phone, the person taking the complaint will assist you to either resolve the complaint or to assign your complaint to the applicable compliance specialist.

What is confidential in Oregon?
Confidentiality. Oregon law ( ORS 676.175) requires that information provided to the Board be kept confidential. The information gathered during investigations will not be disclosed or available for uses outside the Board.

What is the confidentiality requirement?
The confidentiality requirement means that the specifics of the investigation cannot be shared with anyone, including the complainant. If a violation is found and the case is settled with an Order by the Board, the Order is public information. There is a $10.00 fee for a copy of the Order.
Is marijuana taxed in Oregon?
If a marijuana retailer is located in a city, they would be subject to the 3 percent local tax only if the city established the local tax.
Does Oregon have a sales tax?
Oregon doesn't have a general sales tax or a transaction tax. However, Oregon does have a vehicle use tax or a vehicle privilege tax that applies to new vehicles purchased either in Oregon or outside of the state. The tax must be paid before the vehicle can be titled and registered in Oregon.
When are deferred taxes due?
The deferred taxes are due on August 15 of the year after the event. Disqualified can also mean the manufactured structure or floating home was moved out of state. If this happens, the deferred balance is due five days before the move. If a property is disqualified, we'll no longer defer the taxes.
