Mountain Manor offers a 46-bed adult residential treatment program at Emmitsburg. Residents are gender-segregated and assigned roommates (one-two) of the same sex. The dorm-style rooms have twin beds, armoires, and desks.
Food
Residents at this facility are provided comfort food, which includes home-cooked fish and chicken. The residents get three meals a day, served cafeteria-style.

Participants of both the adolescent as well as young adult treatment program live in separate units, which accommodate different needs of each age group.
