I used to experience sensitive and bleeding gum atimes when I brush. I also have receeding gum that has discoloured my teeth. I noticed the conditions have improved better than I used to feel since I started using the product about 2 months now. I wish I knew about this product earlier.

Started using this mouthwash about a week ago as my dentist said I’m showing signs of gum disease. Mouth feels really clean after using although burns for a while after, is that normal? Also, I was told you should not use mouthwash straight after brushing but it tells you to on th bottle? How long does it stop gums being swollen?

I have successfully used this product for quite some time on the recommendation of the hygienist. My husband has started using it too, which means it only lasts half as long !#N#I cannot understand that the top that's encased in a plastic covering has never been altered.

Advised by my dentist to treat my red, swollen gums with brushing well and using Listerine gum treatment. However i can only tolerate half a capful and rinse for 15 seconds, as my tongue feels its on fire. The after taste is very fresh and pleasant though. I will persevere for a while longer, as my mouth feels so clean afterwards.
