Wife and I went to Knapps corner store. They were doing covid-19 vaccinations this was so poorly setup that the entire do-it-yourself section was blocked off to all but foot traffic. As a fashions associate I didn’t feel like I mattered to the company at all when I worked there. No one listened to me and there was never a point where I felt like I could come to my manager for advice or any sort of support for anything. Customers screamed at me daily and would put their hands on me.

People are generally either working really hard or not at all. They generally put all the work on their best people. Also they only have 119 second grace period, once it hits 2 minutes late.. you're late.
Fast paced with poor pay and bad management
I enjoyed the fast paced nature of the job. however, the pay is minimum for the amount of work and ran by extremely poor management. Clear favoritism and miserable employees. Management is unsupportive and acts put off by everything. You are condemned for ever having to call in or needing help with something on the job.
