I've been with this company for over 10 years. Started as a back office assistant and I'm a treatment specialty cordinator. Each review has been possitive I'm dependable and I work hard BUT in 10+ years when I actually looked at my wage increase it has only been $2.50 cents in over 10+ years!

Competitive Company

Work for a handful of offices during my ten years with the company, so I got a chance to interact/meet many different office staff & Drs, very fast paced offices and for the majority very nice Drs/ staff.

Great place to work

This is a fantastic Dental Services Organization to work for. I worked here during my senior year of college and about a year afterwards. I learned so many valuable skills here. They have great training programs, good management, and the opportunity for advancement. I now work for a dental distributor as a territory rep.

PDS was a good place for me to start in dental. I was given the oppertunity to learn dental basics, dental codeing, dental treatment planning, front office workings
