I used this booster today & it really amped up my colour. It's a 2 step, but I have to review step 2 separately. This is a tiny vial you add to your colour after you've mixed the pigment & developer in your mixing bowl. You mix it in, then apply as usual.

Do leave in products damage your hair long term?
I’m starting to believe that using leave in products like leave in conditioners and creams damage you hair long term. My hair uses to be really strong and healthy when I used nothing but a bit of oil on my ends to protect them.

Split end advice?
I am having some trouble with split ends at the moment. I have recently had a hair cut in the last 2 weeks or so, where I had a good couple of inches chopped, but im still finding HUNDREDS of split ends... at the ends of the strands and also little off-shoots halfway up the strands.
