I had the TCA cross done 2 days ago. Doctor only use 50%. I am left now with brown spots around the treated area. I was told not to do anything on the first night or use cetaphil to wash face for 1-2 days. I know the scar itself will scab over time but I am not sure what happen to the surrounding area.
