You will not be alone in trying to lose a few pounds just now - I will be trying too, ate a lots of sweets with Dad when he was very ill (the doctor told him to, so I figured it was ok for me too), have done a fair bit of this since losing him too though, so trying to lay off them a bit in 2013.
