- Wet your hair just enough to dampen it.
- Smooth the treatment from the roots of your hair to the tips.
- Put a plastic cap on your head for 20 minutes. (I did this before shampooing and conditioning my hair.)
- Rinse out and shampoo and condition as usual.
- Dampen hair.
- Pour 1-2 palm sized amounts of Carmel into your hand.
- Rub the Carmel throughout your hair.
- Place a plastic cap over your hair.
- Sit for at least 20 minutes or desired amount of time (up to an hour for intense conditioning)
