I apply a henna gloss for 1h about every 2-3 month. My roots aren't really visiblr to thta minimal amount of coloring and it is such a mess to apply and wash out that I really only do it when I need to or someting special is comeing up and I want to look extra-nice.

There was not a choice for longer than a month except an entire year. I henna about once every 6 to 8 weeks. The only real color difference I get is on my silvers and they are few enough that the roots don't bother me much.
