Yes, you have to visit one of Resolutions' offices one time only in order to be assessed and examined by a board certified physician.

How long do I have to stay?

The office visit usually lasts between 2 and 3 hours. If you live close to one of our offices you can have someone drive you to our office and drive you home after your appointment. If you are flying in from out of town, we suggest that you arrive the evening before your appointment, stay at a local hotel then come into our office the next morning.

Do you have to live in the state where you are being treated?

No, we treat people from all over the country. This program was developed for people who have busy and demanding lives and do not have the time or money for inpatient care or hospitalization.

One research project for this process came from the University of Miami School of Medicine. Three groups were measured for their completion of the program. The group that used Chiropractic Care with psychotherapy as the treatment modality had a 100% retention rate. Every patient from the group finished the program.
