Does residential treatment have turnover?

Residential treatment has a high turnover rate, and it feels like the company itself knows this, both positively and negatively. There are fair number of benefits offered by the company, but I wouldn't label any of them major. There are benefits like the education reimbursement, which take two years of employment to qualify for, with very few employees working long enough to be qualified. At the same time, once you start earning time off, mid and lower management seems almost painfully aware of the risk of burning out. It does seem like you can get a total of 2 weeks off a year from both sick time and earned time you accrue. Many people do take "personal" days as they need, and everyone accepts it.

Is Mountain Valley a good place to work?

Mountain Valley is an excellent place to work with wonderful supervisors and an amazing team on both halves of the week. I accumulated so many incredible memories from working here.

Is Mountain Valley Treatment Center a good place to work?

I think Mountain Valley Treatment Center is a great place to work. Your co-workers are really nice. The kids you work with are really nice. You get to do fun things with the kids. The management is great too. I have all positive things to say about Mountain Valley Treatment Center. If you have the opportunity to work there, you will probably like it. You are working with kids who have anxiety, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, so at times you will see these traits come out, but the kids are good kids and it's rewarding to see them get well, and see them able make friends with the other kids.
