How many days a week do counselors work?
This is a high stress work environment but the schedule is set so that most counselors work three days weekly. This allows for time to decompress or pursue other exploits. The overall environment is culturally diverse and emphasizes team effort. Management will give staff room to breath but will also train and assist as needed. Rather than looking over your shoulder constantly, you will have a chance to learn without constant rebuke and correction. Expect to be challenged by clients here. How many days off is toxic work?
Toxic work culture. Very Clique with little to no support from management. The only positive is three day work week to allow for 4 days off, but expect to work 12 hour shifts for okay pay and don't expect high raises if you are obtaining a higher degree.
