Its an intense protein treatment as opposed to the 2 min reconstructor which is like a weekly use kinda thing. The treatment should only be used every 4-6 weeks becuz its so strong. As for me, Im beginning to alternate w/ a medium protein each week and a moisturizing one.

They should not be used more than once every six to eight weeks. Do not be tempted to do it more often because they will likely only damage your hair more. Track your treatments on a calendar and be patient. You should see some improvement with proper maintenance.Feb 4, 2022
