For me, it started very suddenly. In fact, initially I thought it was a stomach bug and I would be okay in a few days. However days went on, then weeks and it was so bad I could vomit any time I wanted to. Very soon I started taking pepcid for the worst days which made me feel good but it was only temporary.

Got tested positive for H. pylori via stool test in Jan 2021 after years of stomach problems and many doctor visits. After this diagnosis I consulted 2-3 doctors but all of them behaved like its not a big deal. Later around May-June now I've developed mild gastritis and still H.pylori positive tested via endoscope.
