Are vbeam results immediate?

Most of our patients see results immediately. Your results will also depend on the number of treatment sessions you undergo. We recommend 3 to 5 sessions spaced a month apart to achieve maximum results. In many cases, your results will be permanent, but some conditions may recur.

Does vbeam improve skin texture?

The V-Beam laser also improves skin tone by regenerating collagen in the dermis, decreases skin laxity and improves your skin's texture.

What happens after Vbeam laser treatment?

Redness and swelling will occur immediately after treatment and can last from a few hours to a few days depending on your skin's sensitivity. Do not rub, scratch, or pick at the treated area. If you are being treated at a higher setting, bruising may occur and can last from 1-‐2 weeks.

How long do vbeam results last?

Typically, Vbeam results can last anywhere from six months to greater than two years. To help maintain results it is important to avoid the sun and use a UVA blocking sunscreen with at least an SPF 15.

Does VBeam build collagen?

What should you not do after VBeam?

Avoid partaking in activities that will heat up your skin, such as going in a hot tub/Jacuzzi/sauna, taking a very hot shower, or strenuous exercise for 2 days after treatment. First Few Days: Continue gentle cleansing and moisturizing over the next few days. Avoid scrubbing, rubbing, or using exfoliants for 1 week.

Does VBeam help with flushing?

This laser helps lessen or even eliminate the appearance of pink and red spots and patches on the skin. It is the primary treatment for the redness and flushing associated with rosacea. However, VBeam is also used to treat conditions like spider veins as well as port-wine stains.Oct 27, 2020

What happens if you drink alcohol after VBeam?

Do not drink alcohol or take aspirin, ibuprofen, vitamin E, or fish oils for three days prior to, and three-to-five days after your laser treatment. Using these may increase the likelihood of bruising.
