Decent place to work- future is unclear however with City of Hope merger

The place is overall a good environment to work at. They allow full time remote employment for corporate non patient facing stakeholders. Benefits are good, with a 4-5% 401k match, vested immediately. PTO is front loaded for the year, and there are sick days as well. There is a tuition reimbursement program as well.
