Management Needs An Overhaul!
Poor management. Reported to union of AODs/CS Nurses yell @, scream, & belittle staff. It is a humiliating place to work. Administration will mess with your mind and self esteem. You will feel like you need a psych hospital. You leave angry but thankfully your life returns to normal once you are home.
